In accordance with the Cleaner Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for Cleaner Production Audit, and the Notice on Printing and Distributing the 2023 Work Plan for Cleaner Production Audit in Shaanxi Province (Shaan Huan Han [2023] No. 80) issued by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment and the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Wangchuan facility of Xi'an Xiangyang Aerospace Materials Co., Ltd. is classified as an enterprise subject to provincial-level mandatory cleaner production audit and is required to undergo such an audit.
