To actively expand the market and enhance the company's core competitiveness, research has been conducted on the product technology of metallurgically clad plate lined composite pipes. With the China Classification Society (CCS) overseeing and witnessing all key production and inspection stages, the company successfully obtained the Product Inspection Certificate for Offshore Facilities issued by CCS.

The metallurgically clad plate lined composite pipe is manufactured using composite plates formed by hot-rolling carbon steel plates with a corrosion-resistant alloy layer, followed by high-precision JCOE forming. It belongs to the category of bimetallic composite welded pipes. The base layer and the corrosion-resistant alloy layer achieve high-strength bonding through hot-rolling, ensuring not only the structural safety and service life of the composite pipe but also significantly shortening the production cycle and reducing economic costs compared to internally overlay-welded lined composite pipes, offering multiple technical and economic advantages.

Given the characteristics of the composite materials, we have developed a combined welding process that integrates plasma welding, submerged arc welding, and argon arc welding. This process forms an effective transition layer between the base layer and the corrosion-resistant alloy layer, ensuring both the mechanical properties of the base layer and the excellent corrosion resistance of the alloy layer. The physical, chemical, and corrosion-resistant properties of the welded areas are outstanding, serving as a key technical highlight of this product line.

During the product certification process, strict quality control checkpoints were established from raw material re-inspection and process qualification to formal production. The welding procedure qualification was conducted in accordance with the ASME IX standard, while the manufacturing process qualification and batch inspections strictly adhered to the required specifications. The product underwent various non-destructive tests, including radiographic, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle inspections. Hydrostatic testing and dimensional inspections also complied with the standard requirements. All non-destructive tests, hydrostatic tests, dimensional inspections, physical and chemical performance tests, and corrosion resistance tests were completed under the supervision of the China Classification Society.

The CCS inspection certificate is widely recognized internationally, providing robust support for the company's new product to enter the global market.
