It is manufactured using processes such as medium-frequency induction brazing and JCOE hot-rolling forming. The interface between the inner and outer pipes achieves atomic-level metallurgical bonding, resulting in high bond strength. The carbon steel outer pipe is selected based on operating pressure for load-bearing, while the corrosion-resistant alloy inner liner (wall thickness 1-3 mm) is chosen according to the corrosive environment, offering excellent high-temperature resistance. This makes it a preferred solution for medium transportation in offshore and onshore oil & gas development, chemical processing, and related fields.
